Our Solutions team covers project management, process improvement, business change, technology, cyber defence, master planning, infrastructure and procurement. It brings together people with the skills to deliver prestigious and often large-scale projects, from transforming terminals to making big reductions in our carbon emissions. Every day will test your skills and give you the opportunity to make your mark. You might be working with the technology and data that power our city within a city, driving vital commercial agreements with everyone from retailers to airlines, or improving the unique infrastructure that includes everything from 200 buildings to 250 HV substations. It’s a collaborative environment, where you can rely on the support of the experts around you as you take on projects you’ll both take pride in and feel passionate about.

As a Process Improvement Lead, you’ll help shape and deliver improvements that make Heathrow’s operation run smoothly for millions of passengers every year. Working within our Solutions function, you’ll support process reviews, identify opportunities for change, and help develop practical solutions across people, process, technology and infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and driving positive change.

Your role will involve:

  • Work collaboratively with teams across Heathrow to understand challenges and identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • Support the delivery of change initiatives using data, insight and continuous improvement methods.
  • Use process mapping and structured problem-solving techniques to assess ways of working and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with Data Analytics colleagues to support data-led decision making and track benefits.
  • Help embed a culture of continuous improvement across the operation.
  • Build strong working relationships and act as a trusted point of contact for process-related advice.
