We are particularly interested in candidates who bring strong strategic workforce planning capability, with the ability to look ahead, identify how the workforce needs to evolve, and define future skills and capabilities, translating this into clear, practical interventions.

While a blended skillset across workforce planning and organisation design is advantageous, the immediate priority will be to build, coordinate, and embed a robust, enterprise-wide strategic workforce planning approach.
