As our Marketing Campaign Manager - Retail, you will have the chance to work across the breadth of Heathrow to drive passenger growth, engagement, and revenue for the airport. The role requires working with colleagues in the Customer Team as well as the wider business to develop marketing strategies and execute campaigns as well as the development of creative assets across Terminals. You will lead campaigns and opportunities across our retail estate to drive awareness & revenue and work with operational teams to create an airport environment which provides service and sales support information for passengers.

Your role will involve:

  • Driving commercial results through the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns for Retail and Heathrow owned products and services.
  • Working with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to successfully execute multi-channel integrated brand and marketing initiatives that drive awareness, growth, revenue, and positive sentiment.
  • Building and maintaining effective agency relationships (creative & media agencies) for the development of campaigns, signage, service information and asset production.
  • Owning the briefing process, delivery and success measurement of integrated campaigns including KPI setting and production of post campaign reports and analysis.
  • Delivering on-airport visual signage and communications which enhance passenger experience, minimising disruption during change and conveying Heathrow's brand and service values.

These Skills Are Essential:

  • Excellent verbal and written English language proficiency (with qualification).
  • Degree/CIM or IDM qualifications.
  • Delivery of through-the-line integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns including TV and video shoots working across all forms of media both offline and online.
  • Leading and managing projects to increase revenue and engagement, managing multiple stakeholders and agencies.
  • Consumer facing business experience with a strong understanding of customer satisfaction drivers.
  • Briefing and managing 3rd party suppliers and multiple stakeholders to deliver to time and budget.

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • A broad mix of clients if from agency.
  • Experience working with agencies if in-house.
  • Retail marketing experience.

Working Location:

Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
