As Loyalty and Partnerships Assistant, you will support the delivery and ongoing development of the Heathrow Rewards loyalty programme, helping to retain and grow the member base. Working closely with the Loyalty & Partnerships Manager, you will contribute to the planning, setup and delivery of targeted loyalty campaigns. You will support member acquisition, engagement and revenue growth through the day‑to‑day management of loyalty activity and partnerships. This includes assisting with customer escalations, monitoring transactions, and supporting fraud prevention.
Your role will involve:
- Maintaining and updating the campaign and communications calendar, ensuring activity is accurately tracked.
- Contributing to the creative briefing process for internal teams and external agencies, including preparing briefs, coordinating feedback and updating copy where required.
- Maintaining campaign reporting and dashboards, helping track performance and share insights with the wider team.
- Following GDPR guidelines and best practice when handling customer data and campaign activity.
- Keeping up to date with loyalty trends, tools and innovations, sharing relevant learnings with the wider team.
- Working with internal Commercial teams (Marketing, Digital, Retail, Surface Access, Aviation, VIP and Premium Services) to help coordinate content, campaigns and reporting.
These Skills Are Essential:
- Experience within loyalty, marketing, CRM or similar fields (operational or consultative roles).
- Experience of writing briefs and managing day to day relationships with external agencies and technology partners.
- Experience of using Loyalty technology platforms.
- Data insight / analytical experience.
- Experience of Travel, Leisure, Hospitality, Retail, Loyalty sectors.
- Knowledge of the Data Protection Act and other data collection and processing legislation and best practice.
Ideally you will have:
- Experience working on Loyalty programmes.

Working Location:
