This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and dynamic individual to lead and optimise Heathrow’s comprehensive workforce planning controls and governance, playing an instrumental role in building Heathrow to deliver our Expansion plans. In this pivotal role, you will ensure ongoing, accurate insight into our workforce and capabilities, supporting impactful strategic decisions. You’ll play a significant part in driving large-scale organisational change and transformation programmes, while staying at the forefront of external workforce trends, including new technologies and automation.

Your role will involve:

  • Managing and optimising Heathrow’s workforce planning controls and governance to help establish and build the new organisation for Heathrow’s expansion, ensuring accurate visibility of workforce data for strategic decision making.
  • Supporting and helping to deliver major Organisation Design, Organisation Effectiveness and People Change programmes.
  • Maintaining and improving organisation charts and the organisational baseline, driving automation and simplification where possible.
