Responsibilities
- Oversee the H2H and Heathrow Volunteer Booking platform and work collaboratively with solutions on continuous improvements where necessary.
- Oversee IRT communications for IRT operational support.
- Engage on a regular basis with all business functions.
- Work with Department Leads and Line Managers.
