Your role will involve:
- Lead the evolution of enterprise-wide IT demand management, bringing structure, transparency and consistency across Product and Platform teams.
- Act as the enterprise arbiter for demand prioritisation, coordinating activities within clear guardrails while fostering collaboration.
- Translate demand data into meaningful management information, enabling evidence-based prioritisation and strategic decision-making across IT.
- Shape forward-looking workforce planning in partnership with IT Leadership, aligning future capability, capacity and succession planning to evolving demand.
- Establish scalable governance and tooling (including ServiceNow SPM) to create a sustainable, enterprise-level demand and resourcing model.
- Operate as a diplomatic, credible senior influencer, comfortable managing upwards and navigating challenging stakeholder conversations to reach consensus.
These Skills Are Essential:
- Experience with ServiceNow SPM.
- Degree educated with ITIL Foundation certification; advanced portfolio or programme management credentials desirable.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide IT demand and workforce planning, shaping governance frameworks that inform long-term investment and resource decisions.
- Extensive experience managing complex IT portfolios, influencing prioritisation, funding and resource allocation to align with organisational strategy.
- Strong analytical capability, using demand and workforce data to drive strategic planning, cost optimisation and risk mitigation at senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, securing alignment on demand and workforce priorities.
- Deep experience in strategic workforce planning and capacity management, ensuring capability and resource models support evolving business needs.
