We are seeking an inspiring Duty Engineering Manager to lead a multiskilled engineering team, including technicians, team leaders and contractors. In this pivotal role, you will drive safety, performance, standards, and efficiency, ensuring all work meets company, statutory, and environmental requirements.
You will oversee key operational measures such as safety, asset reliability, people leadership, contractor supervision, and stakeholder management within a regulated and unionised environment. Your leadership will ensure a high-quality, reliable service for passengers, tenants, and internal customers by maximising system availability and exceeding KPIs. As the primary point of contact for stakeholders, you will place customers at the heart of decisions, continuously improving service delivery and making every journey better.
Shift Pattern: Monday- Thursday: 8pm- 6am [Permanent night shift]
This is an airport-based position. Every day, you will play a critical role in helping us to give our passengers the best airport service in the world.
