Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the H2H and Heathrow Volunteer Booking platform and work collaboratively with solutions on continuous improvements where necessary.
  • Oversee IRT communications for IRT operational support.
  • Engage on a regular basis with all business functions.
  • Work with Department Leads and Line Managers.

Qualifications:

  • You must have excellent English writing and verbal language skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Strong presentation delivery skills.
