Join Heathrow’s Business Services team and you’ll help us deliver our bold ambitions, whilst supporting colleagues to achieve theirs. Our team is involved in every element of People and Finance activity. That includes payroll, casework, referencing and onboarding, through to billing, paying suppliers, and month end activities.

We deliver Finance and HR services to Heathrow Airport, the UK’s premier international airport. Our role is critical in providing the support functions that help Heathrow achieve its vision of delivering the best airport service in the world. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service to Cash (Retail) Team Member to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with enthusiasm, drive, and a positive attitude who enjoys working with data and solving problems.

The successful candidate will be numerate, analytical, and investigative, with the ability to process and reconcile large volumes of financial data accurately and efficiently. Previous experience in a transactional finance or revenue management environment would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate. This role plays an important part in supporting the delivery of revenue management and ensuring the effective operation of retail finance processes.

Your role will involve:

  • Process and maintain Retail Concessionaires accounts
  • Perform reconciliations across various systems
  • Month end processing and reconciliations
  • Work closely with the Retail Account Managers
  • Query management and resolution
  • On‑going process improvement
  • Support obtaining sales data from Retail Concessionaires

These skills are essential:

  • Knowledge of relevant discipline is desirable but full training can be provided in role
  • Proven ability to successfully communicate with stakeholders, with good interpersonal, written and verbal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, with a flexible agile attitude
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools
  • Good organisational skills, with ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines

Ideally you’ll also have:

  • Document management systems experience
  • Reconciliation experience
  • Finance background

Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process.
