We are looking for an Employee Experience (EX) Manager who can turn insight into action, events, and engagement across our organisation. If you are part community builder, part project leader, part event planner, this could be the role for you.
Your role will involve:
- Leading targeted EX interventions - Solving pain points in the colleague journey, from fixing onboarding friction to launching bespoke initiatives for specific communities.
- Creating the foundations for events and communities - Designing and operating a way of working that empowers and supports colleagues to run brilliant events and societies themselves.
- Delivering signature Heathrow moments - Leading on our main colleague events (e.g. Awards Nights, Engagement Week) and making them unforgettable.
- Running the engagement heartbeat - Keeping the monthly rhythm alive (like Colleague Appreciation Day), ensuring colleagues feel seen, valued and connected throughout the year.
- Being our on‑the‑ground connector - Staying close to the colleague voice by being out in terminals, offices and operational spaces, feeding real insights back into the wider EX strategy.
- Aligning inside with outside - Bringing external best practice into Heathrow and ensuring the internal experience matches the employer brand we share with the world.
- Leading on initiatives like Boost - Looking after our Boost (recognition) platform, finding ways to maximise engagement with the platform & other employee experience initiatives.
