This role forms a critical part of the overall control function, acting as a central point of engineering excellence and providing a consultation service and management of engineering incidents. For major incidents, or those having a significant operational impact, the ADE is responsible for providing business continuity and incident response, as well as implementing recovery plans and contingencies.
Furthermore, the ADE will lead and influence internal and external stakeholders, frontline teams, and suppliers to accomplish shared objectives whilst maintaining the highest standards of health and safety. This is a shift-based role consisting of 12 hour shifts with a mixture of earlies and lates.
