We’re currently recruiting for a Vault Assistant to join a busy and secure freight operation. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within logistics and security.
Key Duties:
- Managing the secure handling of high-value shipments within the vault and warehouse
- Checking seal numbers, documentation, and maintaining accurate stock records
- Loading/unloading vehicles in line with strict security procedures
- Carrying out daily stock checks and liaising with import/export teams
- X-Raying export freight and supporting customs processes
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant working environment
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good IT skills (Word/Excel)
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
Desirable:
- X-Ray/NXCT certification
- Freight, warehouse, or high-value goods handling experience
