Job Description
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety at all times. Duties include (but are not limited to):
Working Monday to Friday pm
Responsibilities
- Supervising loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Unloading parcels from containers and preparing them for sortation.
- Loading containers for security screening.
- X-raying freight (COS qualified staff only).
- Check-weighing freight and updating records/notifications accordingly.
- Building aircraft containers for dispatch to airlines.
- Completing and finalising documentation such as MAWB’s (Master Air Waybills) and BOL’s (Bills of Lading).
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a freight warehouse environment.
- COS Level preferred (CO Level as a minimum – additional training can be provided).
- Forklift licence preferred.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
- PC literate with proficiency in Word, Excel & Teams.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport (due to limited public transport access).
