Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety at all times. Duties include (but are not limited to):

Working Monday to Friday pm

Responsibilities

  • Supervising loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • Unloading parcels from containers and preparing them for sortation.
  • Loading containers for security screening.
  • X-raying freight (COS qualified staff only).
  • Check-weighing freight and updating records/notifications accordingly.
  • Building aircraft containers for dispatch to airlines.
  • Completing and finalising documentation such as MAWB’s (Master Air Waybills) and BOL’s (Bills of Lading).

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a freight warehouse environment.
  • COS Level preferred (CO Level as a minimum – additional training can be provided).
  • Forklift licence preferred.
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
  • PC literate with proficiency in Word, Excel & Teams.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport (due to limited public transport access).
