An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Night Shift Operator to join a well-established and growing air freight operation based in the Heathrow area.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in air cargo warehousing who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent operational standards.

Key Responsibilities Manual handling of a variety of cargo, including chilled, frozen and ambient freight.

Loading and unloading vehicles, from vans through to articulated lorries.

Operating counterbalance forklift trucks (1.5t–8t).

Picking, packing, sorting and splitting shipments accurately and efficiently.

Building, sorting and managing aircraft pallet stocks.

Maintaining accurate warehouse stock records and completing associated paperwork.

Using warehouse systems to log stock movements.

Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day running.

Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health safety.

Requirements Minimum of 3 years' warehouse experience.

Previous experience within the Air Freight/Air Cargo industry is essential.

Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (B1).

B2 FLT Licence would be advantageous but is not essential. 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (19.00 – 07:00) Excellent overtime opportunities during peak periods and holiday cover. 20 days annual leave.
