Our client, a long established and respected maintenance provider supporting operations at Heathrow Airport, is looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Maintenance Technician / Workshop Team Leader to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands on technician with leadership experience to oversee the maintenance of nonmotorised ground support equipment, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is completed to the highest standards.

Key

Responsibilities: Carry out planned and unscheduled maintenance on nonmotorised ground support equipment.

Lead and support the workshop team, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.

Ensure all maintenance records are completed accurately.

Promote a safe and organised working environment.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency.

Ky Skills Previous experience as a Vehicle Maintenance Technician or similar mechanical role.

Experience leading or supervising a workshop team.

Strong fault-finding and repair skills.

Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

A proactive approach with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
