My client is a large logistics company based within the Heathrow area, seeking an experienced Transport Planner to join their busy team!
Duties would include:
- Arranging collections and deliveries
- Tracking movements of goods
- Route planning
- Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and standards
- Preparing reports and maintaining transport records
- Liaising with transport and operations
- Resolving any issues from clients
- General admin
Skills required:
- Previous freight/logistics/transport experience
- 5 year checkable history/clean DBS check
- Good customer service skills
- Flexible with regards to shift work
- PC literate
- Full UK driving license
Working hours:
Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm / 10am - 7pm
