We are seeking an experienced Time Critical Operations Coordinator, and would suit a proactive individual with a strong understanding of time-critical logistics. Experience with AOG shipments is highly desirable.
Shift Pattern: 4 on/4 off, working between 06:00-18:00 or 07:00-19:00
Salary: Up to £40,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for key accounts, providing timely updates and managing customer expectations.
- Oversee the end-to-end coordination of time-critical shipments, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Identify and resolve operational or service issues quickly and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and overall efficiency.
- Monitor performance data to highlight trends and support continuous improvement.
- Handle customer queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction at all times.
- Contribute to enhancing workflows and reducing turnaround times.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience within time-critical logistics (AOG knowledge is an advantage).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Competent in logistics systems and Microsoft Office.
