We are recruiting on behalf of our client, based in Feltham , for an experienced Time Critical Operations Clerk to join their busy operations team.

This is a 4 on, 4 off night shift role, working 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM .

The successful candidate will have previous import and export experience and be confident managing time-critical express shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum ( DOE) Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to clients.

Take ownership of customer service delivery and operational requirements.

Follow up and resolve any operational issues in a timely manner.

Complete import and export customs entries from start to finish.

Coordinate and manage time-critical express shipments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Follow up existing business through telephone calls.

Prepare and provide customer quotations.

Skills Experience Previous experience in import and export operations is essential.

Experience completing customs entries from start to finish.

Experience using Box Top software is preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
