We are urgently recruiting for x 2 Air Freight professionals to join a busy and fast-paced operation in Feltham. We are looking for:
- Air Import Coordinator
- Air Operator with AOG experience
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with aerospace and air freight experience looking for an immediate start with potential ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing air import shipments from start to finish
- Handling urgent AOG shipments and time-critical cargo
- Liaising with airlines, clients, warehouses, and transport teams
- Updating shipment information using Cargowise
- Ensuring all customs and shipping documentation is completed accurately
- Providing excellent customer service and operational support
- Monitoring shipments and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
Requirements
- Previous air freight / air import experience essential
- AOG experience highly desirable
- Experience using Cargowise preferred
- Aerospace industry background advantageous
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
