We are currently working with a client local to Woking who is looking to add a reliable Warehouse Operative to their busy Freight operation. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role within a fast-moving warehouse environment.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5:30pm, overtime available.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Forklift Counter balance and Reach
- Building and Breaking down pallets
- Receiving, checking, and dispatching freight throughout the day
- Moving and organising stock safely within the warehouse
- Carrying out regular manual handling tasks, including lifting and sorting goods
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and well maintained
Key Skills:
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with freight is essential
- Valid forklift licence is essential
- Previous freight warehouse background is required
