As Team Leader, you will take ownership of supporting the day-to-day running of the E Solutions function while ensuring customers receive best-in-class carrier solutions and service support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and deputising for the E Solutions Product Manager when required
- Managing and coordinating team workloads to ensure smooth daily operations
- Working closely with Sales teams to support new business opportunities and customer growth
- Building strong relationships with parcel carrier suppliers to maximise service performance
- Supporting the development and testing of new system functions and multi-carrier platform enhancements
- Managing invoicing processes and carrier invoice reconciliations
- Handling operational escalations including claims, parcel issues, and customer queries
- Supporting onboarding projects for new customers, including Beta testing and implementation
- Producing SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
- Assisting with inbound and outbound consignments and courier quotations
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and delegate effectively
- Experience within logistics, parcels, courier, or carrier management is highly desirable
- Commercial awareness with a customer-first approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
