We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity based near Heathrow (TW postcode). We are looking for either an experienced ATA Carnet Administrator or a motivated junior candidate who is eager to learn, quick to pick up new skills, and looking to start a career within the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with colleagues and clients to produce documentation required for the import and export of goods worldwide (ATA Carnets - full training provided).
- Managing and completing work efficiently and accurately as part of a team, under the guidance of the Carnet Team Leader.
- Using Excel, Outlook, and internal software systems to complete daily tasks.
- Maintaining accurate document logs and ensuring documents are returned as required.
- Communicating with clients and customers in a professional, helpful, and positive manner, providing advice and support with the assistance of the Team Leader.
- Providing proactive updates to the operational team regarding the status of documentation.
- Managing and ordering stationery supplies when required.
- Assisting with the continual development and improvement of internal processes.
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience dealing with ATA Carnets is desirable but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
