We are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced air cargo operation. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong background in warehousing, transport, cargo or air freight sector.

The Role: You will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operation throughout the night shift and into the start of the day operation, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for night operations staff
  • Supervise the warehouse team and coordinate with drivers
  • Oversee loading and unloading of trucks and trailers
  • Support warehouse operations, including hands-on duties
  • Build and break down aircraft pallets
  • Cross-check cargo against documentation for accuracy
  • Ensure smooth communication with management team
  • Provide detailed shift handover to the day team
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety

About You:

  • Previous experience in air cargo / freight
  • Strong warehouse background with supervisory experience
  • Valid experience operating MHE, including forklift truck counter balance
  • Good leadership and team coordination skills
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
