We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Air Export/Import Operator to join their established and growing team based in Colnbrook. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled freight forwarding professional with strong air import and export experience who is looking to join a busy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing air export and import shipments from start to finish.
- Completing customs entries and ensuring full compliance with HMRC regulations.
- Liaising with airlines, customers, overseas agents, and internal departments.
- Preparing, checking, and processing all relevant shipping documentation.
- Monitoring shipment progress and proactively resolving any operational issues.
- Ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in air freight operations, covering both imports and exports.
- Strong industry knowledge and freight forwarding operational experience.
- Experience completing customs entries.
