We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pricing / Sales Operative to join our clients team in Colnbrook. This role suits a commercially driven individual with strong analytical ability and a background in pricing, quotations, or sales support within a fast-paced environment.

Location: Colnbrook

Salary: £38,000 per annum + commission (approx. 10% of gross profit after achieving target)

Requirement: Own vehicle required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing RFQs and preparing accurate, competitive quotations.
  • Developing pricing structures, margin analysis, and discount strategies to support profitability.
  • Working closely with internal departments including Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate costing and feasibility.
  • Monitoring competitor pricing and market trends to support commercial decision-making.
  • Managing quotation pipelines and maintaining up-to-date pricing records.
  • Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, email outreach, and networking.
  • Managing and developing client relationships as a key point of contact.
  • Supporting account growth through upselling and ongoing client engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in pricing, sales support, quoting, or commercial/financial analysis.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel or pricing system experience.
  • Experience working with costings, margins, and pricing structures with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or revenue targets.
