We are looking for a Transport Assistant to join our busy transport team. You will support the day-to-day coordination of deliveries and collections, liaising with drivers, customers and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor driver deliveries and collections
Track vehicles and monitor services
Contact customers to confirm collections and deliveries
Liaise with drivers, subcontractors and internal teams
Answer telephone calls and monitor emails
Update and maintain transport records
Report any issues or delays to the Transport Manager
Assist with general transport administration
Monday to Friday 11.00am -15.00pm
Key Skills
Good knowledge of London and surrounding areas
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong organisational xohmjla and time-management skills
Able to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Previous transport, logistics, administration or customer service experience is desirable
Experience with transport management systems is an advantage
