Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional who has a very steady work history and wants to join a dynamic company. You will be supporting the HR manager closely with:
- Ensuring the HR system is kept up to date and accurate
- Overseeing HR admin including employee/staff records, contracts and reviewing benefits
- Ensuring training is up to date and monitoring areas in which staff could be encouraged to have more training to ensure they are working to their best potential
- Keeping policies up to date
- Producing various reports including staff turnover/gender diversity and gathering data
