You will be doing quotes for multi modal shipments and no day will be the same!
- Preparing quotes
- Gaining prices and costs from airlines & hauliers , shipping companies ready to put together quotes to the client.
- Communicate and offer quotes in a confident and professional manner
- Liaise with import / export team and operations manager where required
- Follow up on quotes
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote services for air, road and sea freight
This would suit someone who has 1-3 years experience in either imports or exports who is confident to do quotes & pricing or currently does quotes and would like this as their main job role!
