We are recruiting for an accounts clerk to join a growing team with freight forwarding.

As an Accounts Assistant, daily duties will include:

  • Process supplier invoices and manage invoice exceptions
  • Reconcile supplier statements and monitor credit terms
  • Produce payment runs and accurately allocate payments
  • Liaise with stations, suppliers and operational teams to resolve queries
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold our core values

About You

  • 2+ years experience in an accounting team (freight forwarding experience)
  • Confident with Microsoft Office; BOXTOP and SAGE experience an advantage
  • Full UK drivers licence, own vehicle, and within commuting distance of Heathrow is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Organised, proactive, and able to meet multiple deadlines
