You should be confident on the phone and willing to do telesales, enjoy speaking to people and learn the recruitment process start - finish. You should have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) work well in a team and enjoy talking to people. Recruitment is a fast paced so the ideal candidate must be able to prioritise work, ensure you give candidates and clients the best of service.
