Warehouse Supervisor – Freight Forwarding 4 on 4 off | Days | 7:00am – 7:00pm Our client, a well-established freight forwarding and logistics business, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of their warehouse facility. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Supervise the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Conduct daily safety audits and support incident investigations. Monitor stock accuracy, warehouse administration, and order fulfilment. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff while managing team performance. Ensure compliance with Health Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards. Analyse operational data and implement process improvements. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments. Monitor KPIs and provide performance feedback to management. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and warehouse organisation. Support continuous improvement projects and operational efficiency initiatives. Requirements Previous supervisory experience within warehousing, logistics, or freight forwarding. Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential). Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
