We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pricing / Sales Operative to join our client’s team in Colnbrook. This role suits a commercially driven individual with strong analytical ability and a background in pricing, quotations, or sales support within a fast-paced environment.
Location: Colnbrook
Salary: £38,000 per annum + commission (approx. 10% of gross profit after achieving target)
Requirement: Own vehicle required
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing RFQs and preparing accurate, competitive quotations.
- Developing pricing structures, margin analysis, and discount strategies to support profitability.
- Working closely with internal departments including Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate costing and feasibility.
- Monitoring competitor pricing and market trends to support commercial decision-making.
- Managing quotation pipelines and maintaining up-to-date pricing records.
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, email outreach, and networking.
- Managing and developing client relationships as a key point of contact.
- Supporting account growth through upselling and ongoing client engagement.
