We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aerospace Export Controller to manage and coordinate export processes for aerospace parts and components. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all exports comply with international regulations, customer requirements, and aerospace industry standards.

The role is based in Feltham office and operates on a 4 on, 4 off night shift pattern

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage aerospace export shipments in compliance with all UK and international trade regulations.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including air waybills, customs declarations, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure accurate classification of goods using HS codes and compliance with ITAR/EAR (if applicable).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions and ensure full traceability.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve shipment or documentation issues.
• Stay up to date with changes in export control regulations affecting the aerospace sector.
