Our client, a long established and respected maintenance provider supporting operations at Heathrow Airport, is looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Maintenance Technician / Workshop Team Leader to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands on technician with leadership experience to oversee the maintenance of nonmotorised ground support equipment, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and unscheduled maintenance on nonmotorised ground support equipment.
  • Lead and support the workshop team, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
  • Ensure all maintenance records are completed accurately.
  • Promote a safe and organised working environment.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency.

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Maintenance Technician or similar mechanical role.
  • Experience leading or supervising a workshop team.
  • Strong fault-finding and repair skills.
