We're looking for an experienced Sea Freight Import Clerk to join a busy logistics team. Key Responsibilities:
Manage sea import shipments from start to finish.
Complete customs import entries.
Liaise with overseas agents, customers and internal teams.
Prepare shipping documentation and ensure timely invoicing.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
Requirements
Previous experience in Sea Freight Imports.
Customs knowledge is essential.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast paced environment.
