Our client is looking for an experienced Quality & Compliance Executive to join their team at their London Heathrow office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong quality and compliance background who enjoys improving processes, maintaining high standards, and driving continuous improvement through digital solutions.
Duties: Support the delivery of quality and compliance processes across the business.
Conduct internal audits across UK offices and assist with external accreditation audits.
Manage quality management systems (QMS), incident reporting and corrective actions.
Some travel to other UK offices and client site visits Carry out root cause analysis and implement preventative improvements.
Monitor compliance, identify risks and recommend process enhancements.
Deliver training and compliance presentations to internal teams.
Produce reports, analyse data and maintain accurate records in line with ISO standards.
Work closely with managers across the business to promote quality and compliance best practice.
Experience required: Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality or compliance role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital business systems.
Experience with data analysis, reporting and document management.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
HMRC Customs & Compliance knowledge.
Aviation Security experience is advantageous.
