You will be responsible for coordinating international shipments across
Road, Air and Sea , ensuring documentation, customs requirements and customer service are handled efficiently. Key responsibilities: Coordinate import and export shipments across Road, Air & Sea Prepare shipping documentation including CMRs, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, commercial invoices and packing lists Handle customs clearance and ensure compliance with relevant requirements Work with Incoterms and international shipping procedures Liaise with transport companies, suppliers and customers Track shipments and provide customers with regular updates Resolve delays and shipment issues Maintain accurate records and update internal systems Monitor shipment costs and profitability About You
Previous experience in Import/Export or Freight Forwarding Road Freight experience preferred Good understanding of customs procedures and shipping documentation Knowledge of Incoterms Strong communication and organisational skills Able to manage multiple shipments and work to deadlines Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and logistics systems
