As Team Leader, you will take ownership of supporting the day-to-day running of the E Solutions function while ensuring customers receive best-in-class carrier solutions and service support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and deputising for the E Solutions Product Manager when required
  • Managing and coordinating team workloads to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Working closely with Sales teams to support new business opportunities and customer growth
  • Building strong relationships with parcel carrier suppliers to maximise service performance
  • Supporting the development and testing of new system functions and multi-carrier platform enhancements
  • Managing invoicing processes and carrier invoice reconciliations
  • Handling operational escalations including claims, parcel issues, and customer queries
  • Supporting onboarding projects for new customers, including Beta testing and implementation
  • Producing SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
  • Assisting with inbound and outbound consignments and courier quotations

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and delegate effectively
  • Experience within logistics, parcels, courier, or carrier management is highly desirable
  • Commercial awareness with a customer-first approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
