Experienced in freight billing and ready to lead a small team. We are recruiting a Billing Team Leader to oversee invoicing within a busy Air Freight operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support 2 Billing Clerks
- Oversee and process customer air freight invoices
- Review invoices for accuracy and correct rate application
- Act as escalation point for invoice queries
- Liaise with Operations to ensure all charges are captured
- Oversee bulk invoicing and supplier invoice matching
- Support month-end and year-end close
- Identify and improve billing processes
Key Skills:
- Freight billing experience (Air Freight preferred)
- Cargowise experience essential
- Previous team leadership/supervisory experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with problem-solving ability
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
