We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Feltham for A Senior Air Export Clerk This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced freight forwarding environment, where you will be responsible for managing air export shipments from start to finish while providing exceptional service to key customers. Key Responsibilities Overseeing the Export Team Manage air export process from booking through to final delivery. Handle key customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer service. Arrange bookings with airlines and liaise with overseas agents, hauliers and customers. Prepare and process all export documentation. Ensure all shipments comply with export regulations and customer requirements. Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any operational issues. Maintain accurate records using CargoWise. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers and internal teams. Meet operational deadlines while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Experience & Skills Required Previous experience 5+ within Air Freight Exports is essential. Experience using CDS / AS400 Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Monday to Friday 9.00-18.00pm TPBN1_UKTJ
