We are currently recruiting for an experienced High Value Multi-Drop Driver to join our client's team based in Ashford, Middlesex. This role involves completing 1520 deliveries per day across London, delivering high-value goods to a portfolio of high-profile, long-standing clients. As you'll be representing the business, you'll need to be professional, well-presented, and confident in providing excellent customer service. You will collect your company van from the Ashford depot each morning, complete your deliveries throughout London, and return the vehicle to the depot at the end of your shift.
Location: Ashford, Middlesex
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely collect and deliver high-value goods in line with company procedures.
- Complete approximately 1520 multi-drop deliveries across London each day.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers.
- Communicate effectively with the transport office and fellow drivers throughout the day.
- Load and unload the company vehicle safely and securely.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism when representing the company.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a multi-drop driving role.
- Excellent knowledge of London routes and road networks.
- Experience delivering high-value goods.
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.
- Ability to work independently and manage your daily workload.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confident using sat navs and navigating London efficiently.
- Smart, professional appearance.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
