Business Development Manager to help grow their customer base and develop long-lasting commercial partnerships.
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, generating revenue, and promoting a full range of logistics solutions, including road, sea, air, courier, warehousing, and customs services.
You'll be responsible for developing new business while maintaining excellent relationships with your customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service throughout their journey.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across a range of logistics services.
Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and client meetings.
Build strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity to support business growth.
Consistently work towards and exceed agreed sales targets.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, and maximise profitability across all accounts.
Previous sales or business development experience within freight forwarding or logistics (essential).
A successful track record of winning new business within air, sea, or road freight.
