We are recruiting for an experienced import clerk who has full experience in air and road imports to work on a 4 on 4 off days shift.

Duties include:

  • Handling air imports from start to finish
  • Monitoring ETA's of incoming shipments
  • Booking in shipments from pre-alerts working with the customer service team
  • Completing pre-lodgements and T1's
  • Creating ETSF records
  • Handling key accounts
  • Completing customs entries
  • Quotations
  • Arranging collections and deliveries
  • Liaising with airlines
