My clients seeking a Cargo reservations / operations clerk, based near Heathrow Airport. The company are expanding, this is a great opportunity to work within cargo reservation and operations joining a dynamic team.
Duties include:
- Reserving space for cargo
- Dealing with rates and quotation
- Liaising with airlines and agents
- Cargo operations- imports/ exports
- Taking bookings
- Handling customers queries
- Controlling cargo space
Skills required:
- Previous experience within a similar role cargo airline / GSA industry
- PC literate
- Good admin skills
- Import/ export knowledge
- Good customer service skills
Working hours:
- Monday- Friday 0900-1730
Successful candidates will have a full 5 year employment check carried out to CAA standards, a criminal record check and all right to work documents must be supplied and up to date.
