Responsibilities: Manage sea import shipments from start to finish.
Complete customs import entries.
Liaise with overseas agents, customers and internal teams.
Prepare shipping documentation and ensure timely invoicing.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
Requirements: Previous experience in Sea Freight Imports.
Customs knowledge is essential.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
