We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fine Art EU Shipping Coordinator to join a well-established and growing fine art logistics company based in Hounslow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong import/export and European road freight experience who is confident managing shipments from start to finish within a specialist fine art environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating international fine art shipments across Europe, ensuring all documentation, customs processes, and transport arrangements are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating EU import and export road freight shipments
- Managing fine art transit documentation and customs paperwork
- Handling end-to-end shipment processes from booking through to delivery
- Arranging inbound and outbound movements across Europe
- Coordinating customs clearances and border requirements
- Raising and processing GMRs, T1s, and Bonds
- Preparing customer quotations and shipment costings
- Liaising closely with drivers, clients, agents, and customs authorities
- Monitoring shipment progress and resolving any transport issues
