Job Description
My client are a well established, expanding freight forwarder looking for an Accounts person.
Daily duties will include:
- Processing day to day transactions
- Preparing management accounts
- Accounts recievables
- Accounts payables
- Credit Control
- Customer account reconciliations
- Credit control
- Handling queries
- Producing customer statements on a monthly basis
- Supplier accounts reconciliations
- Process supplier payments and refunds
- VAT returns
- Inputting company expenses
Experience needed:
- Strong leadership skills
- Managing processes
- Attention to detail
- Strong accounting skills
- Experience using an accounting software ideally SAGE
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Working hours:
- Monday – friday 0900am – 1730pm, NOT HYBRID
