We're recruiting on behalf of a growing business for an Operations Coordinator to join their Client Operations team. This is a fast-paced role where you'll coordinate deliveries, installations and customer requests while ensuring exceptional service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate deliveries, collections and installations.
  • Manage customer orders from start to finish.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Prepare quotations and maintain accurate records.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3 years' customer service or operations experience.
  • Experience within transport, logistics or installations is advantageous.
