An exciting opportunity has become available for a Fine Art Export Coordinator to join a specialist team based in Feltham , working Monday to Friday .
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience This position is ideal for someone with a background in international shipping and exports , who is confident managing detailed documentation and coordinating high-value shipments worldwide.
Youll be responsible for overseeing the export process from start to finish, ensuring artwork, antiques and interior pieces reach their destination safely, on time and in line with all relevant regulations.
What Youll Be Doing Managing international shipments across air, road, sea and courier networks .
Producing and checking all necessary export and customs paperwork.
Making sure shipments comply with current customs and international trade requirements.
Working with clients, galleries, art handlers, freight companies and couriers.
Monitoring deliveries and keeping customers informed at every stage.
Handling any issues that arise, including delays and customs clearance queries.
Maintaining clear and accurate shipment records.
Acting as a key contact for clients throughout the export process.
